Cancellation Policy
By Appointment Only. A 50% deposit is required for all services to secure your booking. Deposits are applied toward your service. We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in a forfeited deposit. Same-day cancellations are not permitted and will result in a lost deposit. For best results, hair should be the length of a grain of rice (about 2–3 weeks of growth). If hair is too short, we may not be able to complete the service, or some short hairs may remain. In either case, the full service fee still applies.
